ATHICA thrives on the help of local community members, UGA and high school students, profs and artists!

We need volunteers to sit during our gallery hours which are Thursdays nights 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. and Friday through Sunday 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. during exhibition dates.

We also need help when we install and deinstall exhibtions, hang or pack art, patch and repaint walls and the like.

Other ways to help are to distribute show announcements and flyers or to help out at our affiliated events with refreshments, making change, set-up, clean-up and so on.

Internships and Community Service Hours can also be arranged. (For the latter please email us the number of hours you need to serve and by when, what special skills you have and if you are handy with a mop and bucket!)

Volunteer Graphic Artists, Photographers, Videographers and web savvy types are also often needed and welcome!
