Together, the first in a series of collaborative

learn about the current exhibition at ATHICA, Center, and to make crafts that

Each

towards a specific age group:
13
year olds - ARROW
- Staycation: an
exploration of our Athens - featuring a large
interactive paper map to which children will be able to add
stamps of various things like homes, local landmarks, cars,
trees, bikes, people, etc.
46
year olds - Treehouse Kid
& Craft - Supervised by Kristen Bach and Lindsay
Troutman, participants will be wearing their heart on their
sleeves, making stenciled patches for themselves and to
distribute around the community.
710
year olds - Georgia
Museum of Art - GMOA staff and volunteers will be on
hand to help kids create a sidewalk mural celebrating
community. Kids can work together to create a work of art
showing the people, places and things that make their
community special!
11
and up - Lyndon House
Arts Center - Kids will make comic strips based on
the theme of community and inspired by the
exhibition.
ATHICA will lead walk and
